Job Summary:
As a Care Worker / Support Worker at Care2Victory Services, you will deliver compassionate, person-centred care to individuals of all ages in their homes or supported living environments. You’ll help clients maintain independence and improve their quality of life with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming)
- Support with meals, mobility, and medication
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Encourage independence and community integration
- Maintain accurate records and care documentation
Requirements:
- Kind, patient, and empathetic nature
- Previous experience is an advantage, but not required (training provided)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Enhanced DBS check required.
